Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage incoming mail, perform scanning and organization of documents using Microsoft Office, facilitate document mailouts, and maintain an efficient filing system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. The primary goal is to ensure seamless handling of office mail and streamline the filing processes.

Job Description:

  • Open, review, and organize incoming mail; scan documents into the system for digital record-keeping.

  • Manage the distribution of documents as requested, ensuring timely and accurate mailouts.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office for data entry and tracking workflows, contributing to efficient office operations.

  • Maintain and organize the filing system for deeds and other paperwork, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.

  • Undertake additional duties as required, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in supporting various office functions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma, and individuals with college-level qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

  • At least 1 to 2 years of administrative clerk support experience or related field.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, possess good computer skills, and be proficient in operating office equipment.

  • Must have strong analytical skills to determine appropriate workflows for received documentation.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Must be willing and have the ability to work independently.

  • Possesses excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must be willing to work part-time for a minimum of 30 hours per week and must also be prepared to work in the office
