Our HR team conducts character reference checks, verifying work history and gathering feedback from past colleagues, managers, business partners, and clients.

Upon successful evaluation, HR extends a job offer and provides a comprehensive explanation of terms and critical policies to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will support the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) team under People & Culture by providing accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights. This role will be responsible for generating attendance and schedule reports, maintaining dashboards, and consolidating data to track overall Community Minerals performance, beyond just PCO metrics.

The IT Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the company’s IT support and security functions. The IT Supervisor focuses on infrastructure stability, cybersecurity, incident management, compliance, and helpdesk operations—driving operational excellence and ensuring that IT services meet organizational needs.

Auditor I (Venezuela/Colombia)

FULL TIME

The Auditor from Venezuela/Colombia provides entry-level audit support by reviewing royalty statements, bank documents, and production records to calculate accurate annualized cash flow estimates. This role focuses on learning internal audit standards, building foundational financial analysis skills, and managing less complex or lower-value audits under the guidance of more experienced auditors.

Marketing Operations Assistant

The Marketing Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign operations across direct mail, SMS, and email by preparing and QA-ing lists, coordinating vendors and approvals, keeping CRM data clean and suppression-compliant, maintaining the campaign calendar and documentation, and refreshing simple reports to keep launches accurate, auditable, and on time.
