This role ensures all recruitment content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s values while supporting the recruitment team in attracting and retaining top contractor talent.

The Marketing Performance Analyst’s core objective is to empower the Marketing team with actionable insights to drive data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. This role requires advanced skills in querying databases (MySQL/AWS) and generating detailed analytics reports that align marketing efforts with strategic objectives, ultimately enhancing marketing performance and ROI.

Non-Voice Qualifying Analyst

FULL TIME

The Non-Voice Qualifying Analyst will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of mineral rights by accurately qualifying leads and property information through non-voice channels such as email and SMS tools. This role is responsible for assessing property ownership, verifying data against acquisition criteria, and ensuring only qualified opportunities are forwarded to the sales or acquisitions team.

Data Analyst / Underwriting Technician (Philippines)

The Data Analyst/Underwriting Tech will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting Team by managing data entry, documentation preparation, and technical file organization for acquisition evaluations. The role ensures that all inputs required by Underwriters are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely and compliant manner.

Data Analyst / Underwriting Technician (Pakistan and Indonesia)

The Data Analyst/Underwriting Tech will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting Team by managing data entry, documentation preparation, and technical file organization for acquisition evaluations.
