We use Slack as our central hub for communication. Dedicated channels are set up for each team and department, as well as for team leads and company-wide announcements. We also have designated channels for specific projects or matters that involve only certain individuals, allowing for focused and efficient discussions. These organized channels support and drive us to coordinate project timelines, celebrate wins, and provide a space for us to share or receive quick updates.

Prioritizing Trust and Autonomy

We hire great people, and we trust them to do great work. That’s why we focus on results, not on micromanaging.
