Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and other departments to streamline the customer journey, conduct market research, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Job Description:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to streamline customer journey, and to align customer insights with marketing campaigns and business strategies.

  • Work and collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve sales strategies

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer preferences.

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation with customers.

  • Monitor and analyze customer sentiment.

  • Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business development, management, or marketing. Previous experience as Customer Experience Analyst, Customer Researcher, Consumer Psychology, Behavioral Economics, UX Analyst is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields; an MBA is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills in evaluating large data sets, ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and has a passion for enhancing customer experience.

  • Well-versed in business development, marketing management, and marketing communications principles.

  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to coordinate and effectively interact with various stakeholders.

  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in customer experience management.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (not required).

  • Must be available to work full-time during US business hours.
