Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent while managing onboarding, regularization, benefits, offboarding, compliance, and HR reporting. The HR Generalist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide consistent and effective HR support.

Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    - Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
    - Source, attract, and engage candidates through job postings, networking, and headhunting for hard-to-fill positions.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
    - Negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
    - Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure recruitment data accuracy.
    - Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-hire and funnel metrics.

  • HR Operations:
    - Onboarding Coordination
    - Maintain onboarding trackers, HRIS tools, and documentation folders.
    - Coordinate onboarding schedules, reminders, IT access, and payroll notifications.
    - Ensure proper documentation and 201 file organization.
    - Conduct post-training updates and onboarding surveys.

  • Regularization Management
    - Monitor and update regularization trackers and checklists.
    - Coordinate submission of KPIs, behavioral assessments, and evaluations.
    - Prepare regularization letters and update contractor status in HRIS.

  • HMO Administration:
    - Coordinate batch enrollment, orientations, and APE schedules with HMO provider.
    - Manage documentation, information updates, and contractor inquiries.
    - Track attendance and maintain communication channels.

  • Offboarding:
    - Process resignations and terminations promptly.
    - Ensure completion of offboarding checklists and proper filing of documents.
    - Coordinate with payroll for timely release of final pay.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
    - Maintain accurate HR trackers, HRIS systems, and 201 folders.
    - Conduct regular file audits for compliance.
    - Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on activities, blockers, and initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Support:
    - Coordinate with IT, Payroll, Training, and Department Heads for HR-related tasks.
    - Address HR-related queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
    - Participate in job fairs and HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    - At least 2–3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist handling both recruitment and HR operations.
    - Experience handling onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and HRIS tools is essential.
    - Exposure to HMO or benefits administration is a strong advantage.

    Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms

  • Strong command of MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Knowledge of data reporting, analytics, and HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover rates).

  • Experience with documentation management and digital filing systems.

  • Familiarity with Slack, Viber, and collaboration tools for HR communication.
