Job Summary:
The HR Generalist I – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing (Primary Responsibility: Recruitment Marketing) is responsible for enhancing Community Minerals’ employer brand and driving contractor acquisition through strategic social media and online recruitment initiatives. This role ensures all recruitment content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s values while supporting the recruitment team in attracting and retaining top contractor talent. Additionally, this role supports internal contractor engagement, recruitment events, and market compensation research.
Job Description:
Manage and maintain all recruitment social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to attract top contractor talent.
Develop creative recruitment campaigns tailored to each social media platform.
Oversee social media community engagement, including audience interaction, comment moderation, and message responses, with a focus on growing followers, boosting engagement metrics, and improving analytics insights.
Manage the company career page, including posting job advertisements, updating career content, and publishing recruitment blogs.
Upload VideoAsk recordings for general recruitment questions and role-specific questions to support contractor engagement and onboarding.
Post contractor milestones such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and promotions in the People & Culture Slack channel to foster engagement.
Facilitate job fairs and recruitment events, representing the company and engaging with potential contractors.
Conduct compensation research and benchmarking for all roles to ensure competitive and fair contractor rates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate posting of open positions.
Monitor and report on social media engagement and campaign effectiveness for recruitment purposes.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s employer branding and messaging.
Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Familiarity with Canva and other related tools for social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Experience creating and uploading video content is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing websites, career pages, and online job portals is a plus.
- Event coordination experience for job fairs and recruitment events is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in compensation research and benchmarking is a plus.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Website and career page management (posting jobs, content updates).
Familiarity with using Canva and other related tools that are utilized for social media
Video content creation and uploading for recruitment purposes.
HRIS, ATS, or recruitment platforms knowledge is a plus.
Data analysis and reporting skills for social media and recruitment metrics.
