Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Marketing Specialist who is able to effectively create and implement a plan for employer branding and recruitment marketing to entice top-tier candidates.
Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. Mineral rights are a piece of real estate in which an individual owns the rights to produce natural gas, oil, coal, metals, water, etc.
We are growing very quickly, having doubled in size since July 2020, and are currently on track to triple in size by year-end 2023. We look forward to hiring motivated hard workers to help us achieve a strong 2023 together
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to create and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing plan by utilizing an employer branding strategy to attract high-quality candidates
Able to plan and manage recruitment websites, career sites, and social media campaigns by developing visual and written marketing copy
In charge of tracking, measuring, and generating reports on campaign results and engagements
Responsible for overseeing the company’s career sites, creating strategies, suggesting improvements, and identifying the platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
Monitor company career Facebook page and plan and execute activities to engage reviewers
Monitor career sites and design a plan to boost recruitment in a cost-effective and efficient manner
Provide monthly updates for the company's leadership regarding upcoming marketing campaigns for recruitment.
Able to communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
Able to collaborate closely with the HR department to develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges
Ability to conduct research on marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Keep up with the latest trends on social media platforms
Support the HR team from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist. Candidates with previous working experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, or Advertising are also welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar relevant field
Comprehensive knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
Hands-on experience with, recruitment management software and platforms
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
