Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled IT Tech Support to join our dynamic team. The IT Tech Support will be responsible for addressing technical issues, provide remote assistance, and troubleshoot problems for teams and contractors using platforms like Pipedrive, Ring Central, JustCall, Jotform, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack. Collaborate for issue resolution, document processes, and contribute to proactive technical research. Actively engage in IT projects within a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address issues or errors within the systems/platforms utilized by various teams.

  • Provide efficient remote assistance to users experiencing technical issues.

  • Fielding technical issues faced by contractors using various programs, such as Pipedrive, Ring Central, JustCall, Jotform,  Microsoft Outlook and Slack.

  • Collaborate with program/software representatives to resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Provide a clear and detailed summary and report of issuesCreate clear and accurate documentation on how technical issues are resolved.

  • Assist in technical research for software/programs to stay ahead of potential challenges.

  • Contribute to other IT projects, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in IT support

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Excellent accountability with a commitment to timely responsiveness

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Mac, MS Office, and Chrome.

  • Able to work during US business hours (9 am - 6 pm CST, Monday-Friday).

  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends if unexpected issues arise.
