Marketing Associate

Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are searching for a skilled business development associate that has expertise managing vendors, channel analysis, market analysis, and other tasks.

Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. Mineral rights are a piece of real estate in which an individual owns the rights to produce natural gas, oil, coal, metals, water, etc.We are growing very quickly, having doubled in size since July 2020, and are currently on track to triple in size by year-end 2023. We look forward to hiring motivated hard workers to help us achieve a strong 2023 together.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and work closely with our Marketing, Data, and Customer Engagement teams to create and implement a marketing business plans and initiatives to promote our business

  • Establish and maintain connections with vendors, acting as the principal point of contact for all questions and requests relating to marketing related activities

  • Conduct regular price surveys to determine if current vendor contracts are competitive

  • Perform detailed marketing channel analysis, customer acquisition cost analysis, and any other business performance analysis to drive performance improvement and effectiveness

  • Execute robust A/B testing to optimize delivery and content of a marketing message  and put into action test results

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably in marketing, data analytics, and financial analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Accountancy or related fields; preferably with MBA

  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills

  • Must be well-versed in brand management, marketing management, and marketing communications principles.

  • Must be available to work full-time during US business hours

  • Must have critical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to coordinate and effectively interact with various stakeholders

  • Ability to manage time properly, multitask and prioritize daily workload
