Job Summary:

Support day-to-day campaign operations across direct mail, SMS, and email by preparing and QA-ing lists, coordinating vendors and approvals, keeping CRM data clean and suppression-compliant, maintaining the campaign calendar and documentation, and refreshing simple reports to keep launches accurate, auditable, and on time.

Job Description:

  • Campaign Operations & Scheduling – Track today’s sends and drops, confirm tomorrow’s deadlines, and escalate blockers immediately.

  • Direct Mail, Email & Text Campaigns Support – Prepare clean send lists by deduping, applying suppressions, and documenting the exact logic used; build basic email and SMS campaigns, schedule launches, and monitor delivery, bounces, and complaints.

  • Data Management & CRM (Pipedrive) Support – Provide data management and CRM support to keep lead and deal records accurate, standardized, and suppression-compliant.

  • Meeting & Admin Support – Provide meeting and administrative support to ensure decisions, owners, and due dates are captured and acted upon.

  • Reporting & Finance Support – Provide reporting and finance support, including refreshing simple dashboards and reconciling counts against vendor invoices.

  • Organize shared folders with clear naming and archive final creative, data, and reports.

  • Capture agendas, decisions, owners, and due dates in meetings and send concise follow-ups.

  • Refresh simple dashboards or spreadsheets and reconcile vendor counts against invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:

    - 0–2 years in marketing operations or coordination (email/SMS/direct mail) or related data/QA roles
    - With internships or hands-on projects strongly valued.

  • Education:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience through internships or projects.

  • Technical Skills:

    - Intermediate spreadsheets (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), comfort with CSVs and field mapping, familiarity with an ESP and SMS tool, and readiness to learn Pipedrive or a comparable CRM.

  • Soft Skills:

    - Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
    - Clear and concise writing
    - Disciplined process orientation with checklists/SOPs
    - Critical and analytical thinking for QA and problem-solving.
    - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
    - Attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.

  • Industry Knowledge:

    - Familiarity with marketing concepts and reporting processes.

  • Competencies and Attributes:

    - Process-driven and organized, dependable under deadlines
    - Collaborative with Sales/AA, IT, and vendors, and eager to learn and improve
    - Critical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
