Job Summary:

To support the acquisition of mineral rights by accurately qualifying leads and property information through non-voice channels such as email and SMS tools. This role is responsible for assessing property ownership, verifying data against acquisition criteria, and ensuring only qualified opportunities are forwarded to the sales or acquisitions team. The analyst plays a key role in streamlining the purchase pipeline while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Engage mineral owners through professional and persuasive written communication via email and SMS.

  • Identify seller motivation and timeline through thoughtful and strategic questioning.

  • Request and collect key documents (e.g., royalty statements, payout details) to support underwriting.

  • Input accurate and thorough lead notes into the CRM to support the sales pipeline.

  • Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies and outreach effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure qualified leads meet underwriting and acquisition criteria.

  • Maintain follow-up sequences and track engagement to ensure timely and consistent communication.

  • Conduct follow-up calls with leads as needed to ensure timely communication and support.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:
    - Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, email marketing, or sales operations.
    - Experience in mineral rights, real estate, or investment industries is a plus.
    - Sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills

    - Demonstrates excellent written communication, with the ability to convey professionalism, clarity, and empathy through email, SMS, and CRM notes.
    - Able to adapt tone and messaging to suit different types of leads, ensuring clear understanding and a positive brand impression.
    - Proactively asks the right questions and gathers key details through non-verbal exchanges, maintaining accuracy and momentum throughout the qualification process.
    - Provides clear, concise updates and documentation to internal teams, supporting seamless collaboration and efficient decision-making.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Aptitude:

    - Skilled in reviewing and interpreting property data, ownership records, and lead information to determine alignment with acquisition criteria.
    - Applies sound judgment when identifying incomplete, conflicting, or unclear details, and takes initiative to resolve issues or escalate when needed.
    - Continuously evaluates patterns and trends in lead quality, contributing valuable insights to improve targeting and qualification strategies.

  • Attention to Precision:

    - Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing and entering lead and property data, ensuring all details are complete, consistent, and aligned with acquisition standards.
    - Approaches every task with careful attention to detail, recognizing that even small discrepancies can affect the success of the acquisition process.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    - Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software, workflows, and digital communication tools to support efficient and accurate lead qualification.
