Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pipedrive analyst to join our dynamic team. The Pipedrive Analyst is responsible for entering data from various sources into our CRM with high precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all required data fields are populated correctly and consistently.
The position objective for the Pipedrive Analyst is to meticulously manage data accuracy and completeness within the Pipedrive CRM. This role is dedicated to upholding data quality standards, identifying and rectifying errors, maintaining consistency in data fields, and properly tagging the correct leads in our database. By adhering to established guidelines and performing rigorous quality checks, the analyst contributes to the reliability and effectiveness of our CRM system, ensuring that it serves as a dependable tool for our sales and customer support teams.
Job Description:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
Organize and maintain records in the CRM system.
Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
Play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring the CRM is a reliable and valuable tool for our teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
Basic proficiency in Excel or similar software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and processes.
Pipedrive experience is a plus but not required.
Motivated and driven

Ability to multitask and prioritize
Available for full-time (40 hrs/week) during scheduled business hours.
