Job Summary:

The Qualifying Analyst will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and engaging with potential leads through phone calls, SMS, and email, with the goal of qualifying prospects and converting them into valuable sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage prospects with confidence, showcasing our company's excellence, and encouraging them to embrace our offers.

  • Capture critical information from every interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email, creating comprehensive notes to guide our exceptional teams and support effective follow up and next steps.

  • Offer insightful feedback on our exceptional mineral marketing efforts to empower leads.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of lead generation experience.

  • Sales and call center experience are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM Software

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at rebuttal, quick thinking, and displaying enduring patience with mineral owners.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

  • Experience in lead qualification or lead generation.

  • Experience in sales, call center operations, or customer service.

  • Experience using Pipedrive or other CRM and lead-generation tools.

  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls and engaging prospects through SMS and email.

  • Experience in mineral rights, oil and gas, or a related industry is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections, apply effective rebuttals, and adapt communication approaches to different prospects.
