Royalty Collection Specialist

Overview:

Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned an "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic callers to join our growing team. The Royalty Collections Analyst is responsible for receiving inbound calls and making follow-up calls with the aim of following up with mineral owners to secure royalties owed associated with purchased properties. He/she will be required to receive and make calls, texts, and emails to ensure that any royalties incorrectly paid to the prior owners of properties we have acquired are reclaimed.

Qualifications and responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Loan Recovery Officer, Debt Collector or similar role

• Must provide regular reports on royalty collection efforts and adhere to internal schedule and process

• Must have the ability to persuade and overcome objections

• Must have a top notch communication (written and oral) skills (neutral to good American English accent)

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

• Superior communication skills with customers and team

• Has strong attention to detail and is able to multi-task

• Must be available to work full-time (40hrs/week)

• Strong logic and negotiation skills

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection

• Experience on use of CRM Tools is an advantage

• Candidates must be able to work with us long-term, open to changes, and must be able to reach certain metrics

• Candidates must be able to work during U.S. business hours
