
Sales Coach/Caller Coach

Overview:
Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are looking for an experienced sales coach who can effectively mentor new salesperson. Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. Mineral rights are a piece of real estate in which an individual owns the rights to produce natural gas, oil, coal, metals, water, etc. We have built out an offline and online marketing system that successfully generates warm leads (prospective clients call us).We are growing very quickly, having doubled in size since July 2020, and are currently on track to triple in size by year-end 2023. We look forward to hiring motivated hard workers to help us achieve a strong 2023 together.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
Must have 4-5 years of experience in sales
Must have a strong background as a sales caller or coach working onsite. Experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus
Must have the ability to help trainees persuade and overcome objections from potential leads
Must be able to provide ratings in sales proficiency
Must be able to identify individual and team training needs
Must know how to identify areas of improvement in each trainee
Must know how to effectively evaluate trainees’ performance after each training
Must have top-notch communication (written and oral) skills (neutral to good American English accent)
Must be able to help trainees build rapport in order to acquire mineral rights from interested leads
Must be able to provide training materials to be presented to the management and to the trainees.
Has strong attention to detail and is able to multitask
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is also a plus but is not required.
Must be able to work full time during U.S. business hours.
