Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our mineral rights portfolio. The primary objective of this position is to proactively reach out to interested sellers, establish strong connections, and successfully acquire mineral rights through effective sales strategies. The senior sales acquisition specialist will handle premium customers, ensuring that no opportunity goes unexplored, and will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:

  • Reach out to interested sellers via phone, text, and email to gather the necessary information for our technical team to generate offers.

  • Persistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle, ensuring no deal is left behind.

  • Asking qualifying questions, building rapport, negotiating, and closing the sale.

  • Convey offers and negotiate with prospective sellers to swiftly and efficiently close deals.

  • Adapt and overcome objections from leads.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales, particularly in buy-side sales, is strongly preferred.

  • Proven success in call centers or similar professional environments, emphasizing high customer satisfaction and closing rates.

Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, adept at navigating challenging situations and effectively articulating responses.

  • Display engaging conversational skills, empathy, and the ability to adapt sales approaches as needed.

  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication abilities with a neutral American English accent.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Aptitude:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently with common sense.

  • Quick decision-making capabilities with long-term patience in negotiations.

Attention to Precision:

  • Meticulous attention to detail in monitoring call adherence and accurate deal tracking.

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on precision.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Pipedrive or similar CRM systems, with familiarity in CRM software as an advantage.

Efficient Management Skills:

  • Expertise in workforce management, scheduling, and effective time management.

Continuous Performance Enhancement:

  • Proven record in designing effective call qualification processes and improving call focus and quality.

  • Ability to identify and address factors affecting performance.

Commitment to Professionalism:

  • Full-time commitment with flexibility for accommodating customer schedules, including some weekend hours when necessary.
